For quite a long time, I have understood the tactics being employed by Israel to combat terrorism in their ‘promised land’.
Motley crowds of Palestinian idiots would fling stones at the Israeli army only to trigger teargas, other types of shells and bullets from armoured personnel carriers in full view of television cameras.
Muslim activists cry foul and say – “Look – our frustrated boys fling stones and get hit by Israeli bullets,” goes the oft repeated wail.
Unerringly I laugh at them.
“That precisely is Israel’s point, boyos,” I begin.
“According to Biblical accounts, for over 7000 years, Jews have been persecuted starting with all the ancestors of Ramses the II of Egypt. Wars between the nomadic desert foxes erupted leaving little or no peace to the Jews – some of the most hardworking people on earth. After the crucifixion of Christ, more cruelty followed on an entire race dubbed Christ killers. Then Hitler did his bit … cruelly slaughtering a million plus to right wrongs that never were – except the hardworking, penny-pinching nature of very clannish Jews … one can encounter nearly everywhere in the main cities of Western Europe. Muslims tried to stupidly enlist support of the anti-Jew neo Nazi lobby comprising a motley crowd of Islamic nations surrounding the Promised Land right from the Yom Kippur War of the sixties, claiming to avenge the ‘refugisation’ of non-Jewish Palestinians – Muslims, Orthodox Christians et al in Israel since the Balfour Declaration,” I continue to explain.
“Just as refining and continuous painful wrong-side rubs render the hardest elements on earth as dear diamonds that can cut glass like putty and kill humans like flies when swallowed, the incessant persecution has excavated a cold, winner-take-all selfish mentality of the Jews that has resulted in their persecution complex rendering them completely hard-hearted and unwilling to compromise one little bit. A time may soon come when one stone will mean recoils in terms of 10 bullets,” I conclude.
Muslims point out the cruelty and criminality in it and ask, “Why is the better part of the world condoning it?”
“You are talking into my deaf ear,” goes my response. “Show one democratic Islamic nation that treats its populace as free citizens, I will term Israel cruel. Explain why your Arabic brethren need the protection of the USA from their own brothers, sell their oil for jokes of prices to the USA that openly supports Israel, buys arms and ammunition at inflated prices, only to kill more Islamic brothers in the neighbourhood, I will campaign against Israel,” I keep saying.
My opinion hasn’t changed one little bit.
All of a sudden, an eerie feeling has crept into me.
Is Israel losing its touch?
Like the rest of the wide-wide-world, I also feel Iran wants to develop an nuke weapon as there is no dearth of oil-fired power in the Middle-East and the Arabs are as green as I am a Rastafarian. Nevertheless, the fair-minded sections of the Western Press have repeatedly said clearly that there is no straightforward evidence of the development of atomic weapons in Iran.
One needn’t be a Sherlock Holmes to guess that the West badly needs a war to bolster sagging economies in Europe and in the USA where the Democrats and Republicans are mouthing different tones of faded, jaded silly jingoism to postpone the inevitable budget cuts to save from its gargantuan domestic waste in terms of inflated bills for defence expenses and fat pensions for those government servants who did a fat lot of nothing anyway other than warmongering in alien lands.
In Europe, the Greeks are adamant about not paying their taxes to maintain the high salaries and have begun torching public property for pay-cuts!
That tax evasion is a global malady is evident from the discovery of huge caches of ill-gotten stashed in numbered accounts in tax havens of Switzerland, Luxembourg, Channel Islands or even in the Vatican owned Catholic Bank not by weak-kneed regimes like we have in India, but by nations like the USA and Germany!
So far, the USA and most sections of Western Europe where there is probably more waste than the nearly bankrupted Greece, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, and to some extent in France and Poland are in relative peace when compared to Athens or for that matter in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem – where for quite the ‘Occupy-Wall-Street’ type of protests have been underway for quite some time.
The West wants to make fall guys of Iranians just as had been done in the past with machinations that rendered Saddam certifiably mad to kill millions.
One actually cannot blame the West … which is merely looking after its interests and cashing in on the ghetto sentiments of the Muslims who always doubt their own shadows.
So Iran will be soon bombed, if one goes by the form book.
Now that is where the going became tricky today, February 13 2012.
Very conveniently, a bomb went off in New Delhi – injuring someone from the Israeli diplomatic corps – and the modus operandi reeks of a method used by Iranians to kill one of their own suspect spies who had ratted on their nuke secrets to the West. A seemingly independent Indian journalist gets a photograph of the bomb going off – and it does look deadly … but doesn’t kill or even seriously maim anyone. Another bomb is discovered soon in faraway Tbilisi in former Soviet Georgia.
The Washington Post puts out a report with the by line of senior journalist Simon Denyer, the paper’s India bureau chief – stating that Israeli boss Benjamin Netanyahu has cited two instances of bomb attacks on Israeli diplomatic targets in Thailand and Azerbaijan without any factual backing.
Here are the relevant sentences from The Washington Post quoted verbatim:
Netanyahu quickly pointed a finger at Iran, which has vowed revenge for recent assassinations of scientists involved in its nuclear program, and at Hezbollah, a terror group sponsored by Iran that had pledged to avenge the assassination four years ago of one of its leaders.
Ticking off places where he said recent attacks on Jews and Israelis had been thwarted, including Thailand and Azerbaijan, Netanyahu accused Iran of orchestrating Monday’s plots and called the government in Tehran “the greatest exporter of terror in the world.”
“In all these cases,” Netanyahu said, “the elements behind the attacks were Iran and its proxy, Hezbollah.”
Netanyahu offered no details of the attempts he cited, or specific evidence for his claim.

Were the Iranians so solicitously, amateurishly soft in the head to leave a trail of guessable evidence after a bomb explosion close to the Indian Prime Minister’s residence pointing to agent provocateurs working for Tehran and yet not seriously harming any Israeli diplomat?
Was it a warning? If yes … whom did it warn and how?
The West has been terming Iran a villain for a long, long time and vice versa.
If Iran had carried out this attack, by doing so off the Indian PM’s residence, it has shot itself in the head.
But, going by what Hezbollah does in the Middle-East and what the Pakistani variety does in India, Islamic terrorists are rough-necks who insist on playing completely rough to send a chilling lesson to one and all.
In a nutshell, the New Delhi incident hasn’t chilled anyone by itself.
But, to a doubting Thomas like me, the whole thing seems like a pre-prepared campaign to apportion blame on Iran and Netanyahu vowing to take revenge and the USA pledging to punish Iran … like a silly script – the ones half-baked spies enact without actually getting one properly written.
The West wants to bomb Iran.
The explosion in New Delhi has given one alibi to do that.
The only questions to be answered are:
Is Iran so stupid to do something that would harm itself in a nation that is so far neutral?
Isn’t it akin to what the LTTE did to itself by killing Rajiv?
There are strong reasons to suspect the motives of Sonia Gandhi in Rajiv’s murder and I have been saying this since 2010. So, does this goof up have an Indian spy hand as well to play to the Western Galleries?
Is the whole thing like the signal sent by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to the Tamil militants to needlessly travel for 2500 km to merely meet her father’s assassin Nalini for no apparent reason other than telling the LTTE that the Sonia clan will not let them down and let the multiple villains win?
In other words, is this yet another straw in the wind pointing to the orchestration of a global anger to trigger World War III?
Is that why the Syrians being butchered by Assad in hundreds is global news while the thousands of Tamils slaughtered by Rajapaksa’s army aren’t anymore?
Let us remember that the slaying of thousands of Tamils helped the UPA win in 2009 and the Rajapaksa regime win multiple times since 2009.
Let us also recollect that USAID reaches Pakistan unerringly even now.
Let us not forget that the book being thrown at Gilani will only suit the Pak army interests … and the Pak army has been and is being accused of creating, harbouring and exporting terrorists. In fact, Pakistan is the most notorious legal exporter of terrorism and certainly not Iran as claimed by Netanyahu.
In a nutshell, the whole thing stinks of rotten fish.
